History of ERA in Performance Contracting

ERA has frequently been called in to set bad projects right - or at least figure out if they could be set right - and to "audit" projects to see if they were performing. A short list of such projects are included in the link below (contacts are listed in ERA's reference list where we are permitted to do so - some of these were for ESCo's and are somewhat confidential).
